While we hope you are satisfied with your Invisi-Sole purchase, we realize you may need to make a return. Please follow the instructions below.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.We cannot refund original shipping costs with the return.
Please follow the instructions on the packing sheet that was included in your package.

You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise or an error was made on your order (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us at sales@Invisi-Sole.com or call us at 858.433.4010 and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
Please make sure to return your merchandise using a tracking number and to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. If our warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.
All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item.
Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping
We are currently shipping to addresses in the United States only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
